The Seed Development Project aims to integrate our team of collaborators, with weekly meetings of 30 minutes where knowledge seeds are planted so that they can be sown and developed throughout the week, allowing for reflection and continuous discussion about the subjects discussed, such as: emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, leadership, customer service, working partnership, systemic vision, among others.
